Shipping Policy

Welcome to SparkParts! We’re committed to getting your e-moto parts to you quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, shipping, delivery times, and costs.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Locations

  • All products are shipped from the United States.

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

  • SparkParts is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Refused Shipments

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • Refused or unclaimed shipments may incur return shipping fees.
